Organics Facility (DORF)

In November 2008 the Dulverton Organics Recycling Facility (DORF) was opened to assist the region in dealing with the various organic streams that are produced. This facility offers clients a cleaner and more sustainable waste management option by way of treatment of organic waste that is not permitted to be disposed of via landfill.

The DORF diverts approximately 20,000m3 of green waste from landfill per annum, along with a range of other organic waste products such as:

• Fish Waste
• Abattoir
• Biosolids
• Grease Trap
• Commercial Organics

Bulk Loads for Delivery

Bulk loads from 17, 43 or 55m3 per load of our product are available for delivery now. We utilise the services of a contract transporter, and delivery is statewide.

Smaller loads are available from;

• Kelpomix – Devonport
• Prospect Timber & Landscaping – Launceston
